Nuwo — Account löschen

Betrifft ausschließlich das optionale Friends-Konto (Freunde-/Kudos-Funktion).

Diese Seite gilt für den optionalen Nuwo-Account, den du über den Freunde-Tab per „Sign in with Apple“ oder Google erstellt hast. Deine Ernährungs-, Gewichts- und Trainingsdaten liegen unabhängig davon nur lokal auf deinem Gerät und werden bereits beim Deinstallieren der App entfernt.

Am schnellsten: direkt in der App

  1. Nuwo öffnen → Tab „Freunde“
  2. Oben rechts auf das Menü (⋮) neben deinem Profil tippen
  3. „Account löschen“ antippen und bestätigen

Das löscht dein Konto, deine Freundschaften und alle synchronisierten Trainingszusammenfassungen sofort und endgültig vom Server.

Ohne die App: Löschung per E-Mail anfordern

Falls du die App nicht mehr installiert hast, schreib uns von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der dein Nuwo-Konto verknüpft ist (die du bei „Sign in with Apple“/Google verwendet hast), an:

Wir bearbeiten Löschanfragen innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir die Löschung per E-Mail.

Das wird gelöscht: Konto (E-Mail, Anzeigename, Friend-Code), alle Freundschaftsverbindungen, alle synchronisierten Trainingszusammenfassungen und Kudos, sowie alle Anmelde-/Sitzungsdaten. Diese Löschung kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.

Nuwo — Delete your account

Applies only to the optional Friends account (friends/kudos feature).

This page covers the optional Nuwo account you create in the Friends tab via "Sign in with Apple" or Google. Your nutrition, weight, and workout data lives only on your device regardless, and is already removed when you uninstall the app.

Fastest: right in the app

  1. Open Nuwo → "Friends" tab
  2. Tap the menu (⋮) next to your profile, top right
  3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, friendships, and synced workout summaries from the server.

Without the app: request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your Nuwo account (the one you used for Sign in with Apple / Google):

We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once done.

What gets deleted: your account (email, display name, friend code), all friendships, all synced workout summaries and kudos, and all sign-in/session data. This cannot be undone.
